Delivery & Payment Help
When paying by credit card please follow these simple steps.
After entering your details and confirming the Flat Shipping Rate ,Click on the Paypal option .
Click " Terms & Conditions & Continue.
Once you are happy with the delivery details , Please click Confirm Order .
You are now looking at a Paypal Page .
On the middle left of the page it says
Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue .
Please click continue and enter your personal details .
Please also remember , that you can link your credit card to Paypal for further transactions.
There are 3 ways for your order to reach you.
1. Collecting from one of our Branches. This option can be selected during the checkout process. Please follow the instructions given to contact the branch before travelling to ensure stock is available. Certain large, heavy or fragile products are only available for collection from a branch. This will be highlighted on the individual product’s details. Store contact details –

2. Local delivery. If your delivery address is within 30 miles of our branche we may use own delivery vehicle. If you have provided a contact number we will call you to confirm delivery details. We aim to deliver next working day wherever possible.
3. Courier Delivery Service. For all deliveries not covered by the above, we will send via our selected courier using their express 48hr service. This service aims to deliver winthin 2 business days Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Exceptions to this are parcels that fall outside of the express 48hr terms of service. Deliveries to The Highlands and island of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are delivered in 4 working days.

All orders placed £99( inc VAT) and above will be delivered free of charge
Orders place below £99 (inc VAT) will be delivered at a cost of £6.95
Delivery Lead Times
Orders placed before1pm will be processed and sent out for delivery on the same business day. Where orders are placed after 1pm on a Friday, the delivery will besent out on the following Monday or if a Bank Holiday the next available business day.
Orders placed by 10am can be collected from our branch after 1pm on the same working day. Please call the branch beforehand to confirm stock availability.
How can I track my parcel?
The simplest and quickest way to track your parcel is to contact our sales office on 01228 599340 or email email@example.com. We will then track your parcel via our couriers Track and Trace service and inform you of when it is likely to be delivered.
Please note that the information we give regarding expected delivery times are based upon the information we get from our courier. We can not be held resposible for any unforseen delays..
What is the estimated time of delivery of my parcel?
Our courier usually start delivering from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They are unable to give specific delivery times.
My order was placed on Friday. Will my parcel be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
Our courier will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays). They do not currently deliver on a Sunday Saturday deliveries can be arranged by proir arrangement, please contact our sales office if you require this service before ordering your items.
Our courier have left a notice advising to collect your parcel from a designated depot. What shall I do now?
To ensure that your parcel has been delivered safely,our courier service need a signature. If this is not possible, then the driver will leave a card with the details of the local depot where your parcel is being securely held for you to collect from the next working day. The address and opening times of the local depot can be found on the card left by the driver.
